Participation in workshops requires prepayment. We understand that sometimes plans change, so our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation more than 48 hours before the workshop: You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge.
Cancellation within 48 hours of the workshop: No refund will be provided.
Exception – medical reasons: If you are unable to attend due to health reasons and can provide a valid medical certificate, the service provider may offer a refund or reschedule your workshop for another date.
Cancellation by the service provider: If the workshop is cancelled by us for any reason, you will receive a full refund, or you may choose to reschedule to a different date at your convenience.

A delay of up to 15 minutes is permitted and will not be considered a cancellation.
If you arrive later than 15 minutes, the workshop may start without you, and it cannot be guaranteed that you will experience the full program or complete all activities.
In such cases, no refund will be issued for missed content.

All digital products, including educational videos, are non-refundable once access has been granted.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that access to the digital content is immediate, and the 14-day withdrawal period under applicable consumer protection laws does not apply once the content has been accessed.

All physical products are available for in-person pickup only; no shipping is provided.
Returns can only be processed in person.
Used products cannot be returned.
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, the service provider will either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
By booking a workshop or purchasing a product, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
