2. Scope of Services and Products

The following products and services are available on the website:

  • pre-paid, fixed-date workshops,

  • physical products (merch) available for on-site pickup,

  • digital products (educational video content).

3. Formation of the Contract

The contract is concluded upon finalizing the order and receiving the confirmation email sent by the service provider.

4. Payment and Invoicing

Payment is made online by bank card.
An electronic invoice is issued for each purchase and sent to the customer by email.
All prices are VAT exempt and do not include VAT.

5. Workshops – Booking, Cancellation, and Late Arrival

5.1. Prepayment

Participation in workshops is subject to advance payment.

5.2. Cancellation by the Participant

The booked time slot may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the workshop.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of health-related reasons supported by a medical certificate.
In such cases, the service provider may offer a refund or an alternative date.

5.3. Late Arrival

A delay of up to 15 minutes is permitted and does not qualify as a cancellation.
In the event of a delay exceeding 15 minutes, the service will not be automatically cancelled; however, it cannot be guaranteed that the workshop or the related task will be completed in full.
In such cases, the participation fee is non-refundable.

5.4. Cancellation by the Service Provider

If the workshop is cancelled by the service provider, the customer is entitled to a full refund or, upon request, the option to reschedule to a new date.

6. Digital Products

By accessing the digital content, the customer acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal within 14 days, in accordance with applicable legislation.

7. Physical Products (Merch)

7.1. Pickup

No shipping is available.
Products can be collected in person during the service provider’s opening hours.

7.2. Withdrawal and Returns

Customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Returns are accepted only in person.
Used products are not accepted for return, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect.

8. Complaint Handling

Complaints may be submitted to the service provider in writing via email.
The service provider will respond to complaints within 7 days.

9. Legal Disputes and Conciliation Body

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the customer is entitled to contact the conciliation body competent for their place of residence.

The legal relationship between the parties shall be governed by Hungarian law.
